Now that I have spent the appropriate amount of time brooding, I have accepted the fact that Hung won top chef. He is an amazing chef with perfect technique but I still hate him because he has no soul. I was so sad that Casey didn't pull through in the end but I'm proud of her anyway. I am actually traveling to Dallas this weekend and I am going to her restaurant so check back for the review on Shinsei. Hopefully a girl will win next season!
